Lakshmi the Goddess of Wealth and Beauty - Articulated Paper Doll by Dubrovskaya

I saw this artist featured on the Etsy homepage earlier. Her name is Maria Dubrovskaya and she’s from the Phillipines. She makes these hand painted, articulated paper dolls from kraft paper and beads. Articulated means that their various parts (arms and legs) are all adjustable. What a lovely idea! I love the colors that she uses. They’re surprisingly inexpensive too. The one shown above is only $25. I think they’d look great framed, maybe even a few of them in a series.
